Our Auction Process

Here at we pride ourselves with our level of service and we strive to bring an easy to use platform, to make our clients’ Real Estate goals a reality. Our auctions are very simple. You are free to view any of the property on our website. Once you select the property you wish to bid on, you can make a bid for that property in a “Silent Auction” style. Once your bid has been made, you will receive an email from us letting you know. All of our online auctions have an end date that transitions you to a LIVE on site auction. If you have met the minimum reserve price for that property, your bid will be included, along with all the bids from the on site auction. Once our live auction ends and all the bids are reviewed, the winner will be chosen on a specific date. Simpy put, Highest Bid Wins. Once the winner has been announced, they will receive an email confirmation and will move to the purchasing stage. Winning Terms & Conditions

All auction properties are not final until both buyer and seller agree on terms, price and execute a Purchase Contract accordingly. Final bids and sales price are not guaranteed until the aforementioned is accomplished.

Realtor Information

Generous Selling Agent Commissions are NOW AVAILABLE! A buyer is welcome to have a Real Estate Agent represent them throughout the purchase process. Buyer Premium

Buyer premiums apply to certain properties. Buyer Premium will be 1% of winning bid or a Minimum of $1,000, whichever is greater. Seller Financing Terms

0% Down Payment with Seller Financing 4.33% APR or 4.875% APR interest rate. Payments made on 30 year fixed rate price, due in 10 years. Buyer terms and fees may vary. In some cases the buyer will be responsible for all their closing costs, including agent commissions (if the buyer chooses to have representation), escrow fees and title fees.
